What If
...there were no barriers in the way of your goals?
Would that make it easier to try? Think of your destination first.
Create a picture in your mind of your goal. How does it feel? Is
anyone else enjoying it too? Are you smiling? Is your family happy?
Take enough time to SEE your goals as a first step. Then the actions
that you take will have new meaning. Try this for at least a week
BEFORE you take any action toward one of your goals. After a week,
write down a list of action steps that will lead you to your goals.
Once you write them down, review the list every day. Then watch
your goals appear!
